About Me
The Roots
I grew up in Pittsburgh, PA in the neighborhood of Mount Washington, located in the city's south hills. Being the youngest of three boys, as well as being raised by a single mother, I was always ready and willing to take on new responsibilities.

City of Pittsburgh
I started my first job when I was 15 years old working as a counselor at a robotics camp run by Carnegie Mellon University at the National Robotics Engineering Center. This soon led to the role defining position of software designer; creating tools to teach both students and educators robotics and programming. After high school I attended Robert Morris University where I developed a passion for design and ultimately attained a BFA in Web Design.
Aspirations
I hope to gain the position of graphic/web designer at a local firm, where I can be paid to do what I love, be creative. Should any of you reading consider giving me this opportunity, please refer to the Contact page to send me a message or simply send an email to jesse.evans.mail@gmail.com. Thanks for reading.
The Day-to-Day
I currently live in Columbia, MD with my high school sweetheart and now, fiance. I am working for ABC Imaging in Alexandria, VA heading up the Banners and Signs division of the company. Though the commute can be a bit lengthy (4-5 hours round-trip), managing the banners and signs website has given me notable experience that most people do not achieve so soon after graduation.

The scenic route
When I'm not working (or commuting) you can usually find me enjoying one of several hobbies including freelance design, tinkering with my car, playing/writing music, snowboarding and currently, planning a wedding.
